Delivery
Shipping Costs and Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options within Sweden: Standard Delivery and PostNord Service Point. Below you can see the shipping cost depending on the order value:
- Standard Delivery
- Under 499 kr: 39 kr
- Over 499 kr: Free
- PostNord Service Point
- Under 1000 kr: 69 kr
- Over 1000 kr: Free
How will my order be delivered?
Standard Delivery: Delivered directly to your mailbox or door. If the package is too large, it will automatically be sent to the nearest PostNord Service Point. Delivery is trackable.
PostNord Service Point: Delivered to your nearest PostNord Service Point. You will receive a notification when the package is ready for pickup. Delivery is trackable.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is normally 1–3 business days, depending on where you live. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's workload.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped during weekends or public holidays.
How can I track my package?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use it to follow your package online.
Are all products shipped within Sweden?
Yes, all products are shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed or if I encounter problems?
We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by the carrier or factors beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, contact the carrier directly. You can also reach out to us if you need assistance tracking your package.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it: unopened, unused, with intact seals, and in its original packaging. You must first contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se before returning your items.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se with relevant order information such as your order number and reason for the return. After registering your return, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions. Once we have received, inspected, and approved the returned items, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. The processing time for returns is 5 business days from receipt. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. All returns within Sweden are sent using our free QR code service.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we will resolve it.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation. The refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If the order has already been shipped, it unfortunately cannot be canceled.
What happens if I don’t pick up my item?
If you do not pick up your package, we will refund the cost of the products once they are returned to us. The shipping cost is not refunded.
