For orders under 999 SEK, Standard Delivery to Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania is available at a cost of 149 SEK. The shipping time can vary between 3-7 business days.

Shipping and Delivery
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. You can use this tracking number to track your package online. Tracking the order outside of Sweden is not guaranteed.
What do I do if I experience shipping delays or issues?
We are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier or other factors beyond our control. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened, unused, with intact seals and in its original packaging. You must first contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se before returning your goods.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se with relevant order information such as your order number and reason for the return. After you have finished registering your return, you will receive a confirmation email, with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received, checked, and approved the returned goods, a refund will be made equal to the value of the returned goods and the refund will be credited via the payment choice made at the time of purchase. It may take a few days before you see the transaction in your account.
The processing time for returned goods is 5 working days from when we receive the returned package. When the return is ready, you will be notified via email.
Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Sweden: All returns are sent back with our free QR code that you receive when you create a return.
Outside of Sweden: After registering your return, you will get a confirmation with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Return shipping cost will be customer's responsibility.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hellomybeauty.se. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
What do I do if my item is not picked up after delivery?
We offer refunds for the cost of the product or products in cases where items are not picked up after successful delivery. However, please note that the refund will only cover the price of the purchased product(s) and will not include the shipping charges.
