Refund policy

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened, unused, with intact seals and in its original packaging. You must first contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se before returning your goods.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se with relevant order information such as your order number and reason for the return. After you have finished registering your return, you will receive a confirmation email, with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received, checked, and approved the returned goods, a refund will be made equal to the value of the returned goods and the refund will be credited via the payment choice made at the time of purchase. It may take a few days before you see the transaction in your account.
The processing time for returned goods is 5 working days from when we receive the returned package. When the return is ready, you will be notified via email.
Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Sweden: All returns are sent back with our free QR code that you receive when you create a return.

Outside of Sweden: After registering your return, you will get a confirmation with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Return shipping cost will be customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se.
