Shipping policy
We offer two delivery options within Sweden: Standard Delivery and PostNord Service Point. Below you can see exactly what the shipping costs are depending on the order value.
Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery
- Orders under 499 kr: 39 kr
- Orders 499 kr or more: Free

PostNord Service Point
- Orders under 1000 kr: 69 kr
- Orders 1000 kr or more: Free
Delivery Methods
All our orders are delivered with PostNord and sent in one of the following ways:
- Standard Delivery: The package is delivered directly to your mailbox or door. If the package is too large, it will automatically be sent to the nearest PostNord Service Point. The delivery is trackable.
- PostNord Service Point: The package is delivered to your nearest PostNord Service Point. You will receive a notification when the package is ready for pickup. The delivery is trackable.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days but may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Restrictions
We only ship within Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. If you are unsure about shipping options, please contact us before placing an order.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package online.
Terms and Conditions
Deliveries occur on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our responsibility ends when PostNord confirms delivery in their system. At that point, the order is considered delivered. Any questions or issues after delivery are handled directly by PostNord.
Shipping Delays and Issues
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier or factors beyond our control. If you experience delivery problems, please contact the carrier directly to resolve them.
